Responsibility
- Assist in planning and coordinating daily logistics operations to ensure on-time delivery of goods.
- Monitor and track shipments, resolving any delays or issues promptly.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to optimize transportation routes and costs.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics documentation.
- Support the preparation of reports on logistics performance, including key metrics and KPIs.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and ensuring high levels of service satisfaction.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to streamline receiving, storage, and dispatch processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local and international shipping regulations is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
