Responsibility
- Assist in managing the in-suite dining operations, ensuring seamless service delivery to guests.
- Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate preparation and delivery of meals.
- Oversee the setup, presentation, and cleanliness of in-suite dining areas to maintain Hilton’s high standards.
- Train and mentor dining staff to provide exceptional service and uphold brand standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with professionalism and a guest-first approach.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all dining operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and best practices.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
