Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top-tier professionals.
- Manage performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and career development plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies to mitigate legal risks.
- Lead employee relations initiatives, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Design and deliver training and development programs to upskill employees and support succession planning.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce needs and optimize staffing levels.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to track KPIs and drive data-informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial or assistant managerial role in manufacturing or a similar industry.
- Proven expertise in HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with a strategic mindset.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
