Responsibility
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement long-term business strategies and operational goals.
- Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures to maximize profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate department heads to foster a collaborative and high-achieving work environment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with local health, safety, and labor regulations within the Bali region.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes to maintain high-quality inventory and services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest escalations, ensuring professional and timely resolution.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive management experience in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing large teams and complex operational budgets.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire a diverse workforce.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is highly advantageous for the Bali market.
- Expertise in property management systems (PMS) and modern hospitality technology.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the industry.
