Responsibility
- Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure high standards of service and efficiency.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage room inventory, ensuring accurate availability and pricing.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and financial transactions.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to uphold service excellence.
- Assist in preparing reports and analyzing performance metrics to improve operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front office or guest services role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
