Responsibility

  • Assist the Floor Manager in overseeing daily retail operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
  • Supervise and support floor staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and ensure product displays are well-maintained.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in achieving sales targets by motivating the team and implementing promotional strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall store performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
