Responsibility
- Assist the Floor Manager in overseeing daily retail operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Supervise and support floor staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and ensure product displays are well-maintained.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in achieving sales targets by motivating the team and implementing promotional strategies.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall store performance.
- Prepare daily reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
