Responsibility
- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making and forecasting.
- Strengthen internal controls and financial processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
- Monitor financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in budgeting and variance analysis to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax filings and statutory reports.
- Mentor and guide junior finance team members to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, or audit, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
- Strong proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in a multinational or fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
