Responsibility
- Lead and manage the finance department, ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with local and international standards.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with senior management to create strategic financial plans and forecasts.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense management to optimize financial performance.
- Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and transparency.
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support business decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, or ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Oracle).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
