Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice verification, approval workflows, and vendor payments.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing for AP-related activities, including accruals and reconciliations.
- Oversee fixed asset management, including tracking, depreciation, and disposal processes.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships, resolving discrepancies and ensuring compliance with payment terms.
- Implement and improve AP policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce processing time.
- Prepare and present financial reports related to AP, including aging reports and cash flow forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement and Finance, to streamline workflows and ensure alignment.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company financial policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS standards, with experience in fixed asset accounting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and local financial reporting requirements is advantageous.
