As the Assistant Finance Manager, you will oversee financial planning, reporting, and compliance, ensuring the company's financial health and sustainability. Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support budgeting and strategic planning initiatives.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, audits, and regulatory reporting in accordance with Indonesian financial regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to monitor financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve operational efficiency.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
- Lead financial system improvements, including the adoption of new technologies and automation tools.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
- Proficient in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
