Responsibility
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability across the region.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify financial risks and opportunities, providing data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
- Optimize financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Drive cost-control initiatives and financial performance analysis to maximize operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in a multinational corporation.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a strong understanding of regional financial markets.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements in Southeast Asia.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
