Responsibility
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payment documentation.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients or vendors as needed.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including financial reporting.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and improve financial workflows.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Generate financial reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and payable roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards is a plus.
