Responsibility
- Assist in the planning and execution of high-profile conferences, corporate events, and government functions.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless event logistics.
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet client expectations.
- Oversee on-site event operations, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting.
- Liaise with government officials, corporate clients, and stakeholders to ensure event objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, sponsors, and partners.
- Prepare post-event reports, analyzing success metrics and areas for improvement.
- Support the Events Manager in strategic planning and business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in event management, with a focus on corporate or government events.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
