Responsibility
- Assist the Engineering Manager in overseeing daily operations, project timelines, and resource allocation for infrastructure and construction projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and government agencies, to ensure compliance with regulations and project specifications.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and provide cost-saving recommendations without compromising quality or safety.
- Conduct site inspections and technical reviews to ensure adherence to engineering standards, safety protocols, and environmental guidelines.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and feasibility studies to senior management and stakeholders.
- Mentor and supervise junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Implement innovative engineering solutions to enhance project efficiency, sustainability, and scalability.
- Liaise with clients to understand project requirements, address concerns, and ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering project management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure or construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera) and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental laws is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- PMP, PE, or other relevant professional certifications are a strong asset.
