Responsibility
- Provide engineering and administrative support for water treatment project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate on-site activities, including construction, installation, and commissioning of water treatment systems.
- Manage document control, including project plans, technical drawings, and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project workflows.
- Assist in site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure project specifications are met.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for project stakeholders and management.
- Support troubleshooting and problem-solving for technical challenges during project implementation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all project sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in engineering support, project coordination, or construction management, preferably in water treatment or infrastructure projects.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of water treatment processes, construction methodologies, or document control systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as required.
