Responsibility
- Assist Production Technicians and Operators in diagnosing and resolving machine and process-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Support the execution of process changes and improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Monitor and maintain process control parameters to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for machinery and equipment.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and process adjustments in detailed reports for continuous improvement.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff and operators on best practices for machine operation and troubleshooting.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions for production optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of machine troubleshooting, process control, and failure analysis methodologies.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and data analysis software (e.g., PLC, SCADA, or CMMS).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory standards in industrial settings (e.g., ISO, OSHA).
