Responsibility
- Assist in the operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Support quality control processes by conducting tests, analyzing results, and documenting findings to meet industry standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in production lines and collaborate with senior engineers to implement effective solutions.
- Monitor production workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare reports on production metrics, equipment performance, and quality control data for management review.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements in all manufacturing activities.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on equipment operation and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or engineering support roles (internships or academic projects may be considered).
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) or data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab) is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work in a contract role with potential for extension based on performance.
