Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a small team of technicians in the operation and maintenance of condition monitoring systems for railway tracks, signals, and rolling stock.
- Conduct real-time data analysis using vibration, acoustic, thermal, and other diagnostic tools to identify anomalies and predict equipment failures.
- Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies to reduce unplanned downtime and extend the lifespan of railway infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, operations, and engineering, to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting trends, risks, and recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee the calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of condition monitoring equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in condition monitoring to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards in railway operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Mechatronics Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in condition monitoring are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, or railway infrastructure, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proficiency in using condition monitoring tools such as vibration analyzers, ultrasonic testing equipment, and thermal imaging cameras.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities, with a track record of managing small teams effectively.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, railway safety protocols, and asset management systems.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali, with occasional travel to other sites as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous but not mandatory.
