Responsibility
- Assist in the development and implementation of asset management strategies to optimize performance, reliability, and lifecycle costs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for rail and building assets, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
- Support the planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset longevity.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for critical infrastructure.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Assist in the evaluation and integration of new technologies and innovations to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all engineering activities.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to support business growth and infrastructure development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, CMRP) are a plus.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in asset management, performance engineering, or a similar role, preferably in rail, transportation, or heavy industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, MATLAB) and asset management software.
- Familiarity with ISO 55000, RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety), or other industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in technical assessments.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali, with occasional travel to project sites as required.
