Responsibility

  • Oversee daily nursing operations in geriatrics, gerontology, oncology, and palliative care units, ensuring high standards of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care policies and procedures.
  • Lead, mentor, and train nursing staff, fostering a culture of professional development and teamwork.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare regulations, including infection control and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (doctors, therapists, social workers) to deliver holistic, patient-centered care plans.
  • Monitor and improve clinical outcomes through data analysis, audits, and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Manage budgetary and resource allocation for nursing departments, optimizing efficiency without compromising care quality.
  • Serve as a patient and family advocate, addressing concerns and ensuring ethical, compassionate end-of-life care.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing; specialization in Gerontology, Oncology, or Palliative Care is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role in a healthcare setting.
  • Valid nursing license (Indonesian or internationally recognized, with eligibility for local registration).
  • Proven expertise in geriatric, oncology, or palliative care, with a deep understanding of age-related and chronic disease management.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to engage with patients, families, and staff.
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (e.g., JCI, ISO) and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with adaptability and resilience.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
