Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate daily commissary production activities to meet demand and quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock tracking, rotation, and minimal waste.
- Optimize warehousing operations, including space utilization, organization, and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution of goods.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in production and supply chain workflows.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, inventory, and logistics.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards in all commissary activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commissary production, inventory management, or logistics, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, production planning, and warehousing best practices.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate across departments.
- Familiarity with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, etc.) is a plus.
