Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare coordination, patient advocacy, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, care planning, and healthcare systems in Indonesia.
  • Proficient in documentation and record-keeping, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
