Responsibility
- Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring alignment with company policies and industry standards.
- Monitor and optimize workflows in sales, customer service, and after-sales support to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and operational protocols for XPeng’s premium electric vehicles.
- Analyze branch performance metrics and implement data-driven strategies to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Coordinate with corporate teams to execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and inventory management.
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and urgency.
- Support the Branch Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, automotive sales, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record in team leadership, operational management, and customer service excellence.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, inventory control, and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills in English and Indonesian.
- Familiarity with electric vehicle (EV) industry trends and a passion for sustainable mobility solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
