Responsibility
- Assist the Branch Head in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure product availability to meet customer demand.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to foster professional development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, retail standards, and health & safety regulations.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the technology or consumer electronics sector.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
