Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive IT asset management strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement and deployment to retirement and disposal, optimizing cost and performance.
- Design and maintain knowledge management systems to facilitate seamless information sharing and collaboration across teams.
- Lead audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
- Mentor and train team members on best practices in asset and knowledge management.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to asset utilization and knowledge management effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in asset and knowledge management to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT asset management, knowledge management, or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in implementing asset management frameworks (e.g., ITIL, ISO 19770).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with knowledge management tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint) and IT service management platforms.
- Certifications such as ITIL, CITAM, or CKM are highly desirable.
