Responsibility
- Assemble and inspect products according to specifications, blueprints, and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain assembly line machinery and tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to identify defects or inconsistencies.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to workplace health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major malfunctions to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety.
- Document production data, including quantities produced, defects, and downtime, for reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in mechanical assembly or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in assembly, production, or manufacturing (entry-level candidates with strong mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for precise assembly tasks.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg as required.
- Basic knowledge of quality control and lean manufacturing principles is advantageous.
- Team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to work in shift-based schedules (including nights/weekends if required).
