Responsibility
- Assemble and install components according to engineering specifications and assembly instructions.
- Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to minimize workplace hazards.
- Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or defects.
- Assist in the training of new team members and provide support as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg.
