Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily assembly operations in a cleanroom environment, ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of assembly technicians to achieve production targets and maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to implement process improvements and resolve technical issues.
- Monitor production schedules, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery of assembled products.
- Enforce compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and cleanroom procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics, downtime, and quality control inspections.
- Identify and address bottlenecks in the assembly process to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing, assembly, or a related field.
- Proven ability to work in a cleanroom environment while adhering to strict PPE and hygiene standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Excellent knowledge of assembly processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Familiarity with manufacturing software (e.g., ERP, MES) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
