Responsibility
- Lead the assembly and integration of new products from prototype to mass production.
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure product feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and optimize assembly processes to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of new products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and resolve assembly-related issues, providing innovative solutions to improve product performance.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including assembly instructions, process flows, and technical reports.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and assembly technicians on best practices and new technologies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in assembly engineering, NPI, or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or technology-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of assembly processes, manufacturing techniques, and quality control standards.
- Proficiency in using CAD software and other engineering tools for design and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
