Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of multiple F&B outlets, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve performance targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement marketing and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record in driving sales and improving operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
