Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily operations across multiple retail outlets in Bali, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate outlet performance, implementing strategies to improve sales, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to operational, hygiene, and service standards.
- Train, mentor, and motivate outlet staff to achieve individual and team targets.
- Develop and execute action plans to address performance gaps and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to align local operations with broader business objectives.
- Manage inventory, supply chain logistics, and cost control measures to optimize profitability.
- Resolve escalated customer or staff issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a multi-outlet supervisory role.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and driving sales growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior in Bali is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
