Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of multiple retail stores in Bali, ensuring alignment with company policies and standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop store teams to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operational compliance, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with regional managers to implement strategic initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Resolve escalated customer or staff issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security protocols across all locations.
- Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, with at least 1 year in a multi-store supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail market and consumer trends is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
