Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue in the assigned region.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights and reports to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and clients to ensure long-term business growth.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess competition, identify opportunities, and address customer concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and ethical standards across all operations.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and achieve individual and team KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software for reporting and sales tracking.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region (Bali) and work flexible hours as needed.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are a plus.
