Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets in the FMCG and consumer goods sector.
- Supervise and mentor a team of sales representatives, ensuring performance metrics and KPIs are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and corporate clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure timely product distribution across assigned territories.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional campaigns with sales objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales protocols, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, distribution, or retail, preferably in FMCG, lubricants, or consumer goods.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a sales team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive data-informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Excel, and sales forecasting tools.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and adjacent regions as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
