As an Area Sales Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing our beverage product portfolio across key locations in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Your strategic approach to sales, customer relationship management, and team leadership will directly impact our market share and revenue growth.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for beverage products in the assigned Bali regions.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance, target achievement, and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including distributors, retailers, and hospitality businesses, to drive product placement and sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and product improvement.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess sales performance, address challenges, and provide on-the-ground support to the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, trade activations, and product launches tailored to the Bali market.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and ethical business practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within the FMCG or beverage industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in competitive markets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and client relationships.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and its unique business landscape is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned regions in Bali.
