Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives across multiple locations in Bali to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for Cimory's dairy products in the assigned region.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and business partners.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and implement training programs to enhance team productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and quality standards.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to optimize product availability and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales supervisory role within the FMCG industry, preferably in dairy products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of retail sales, distribution channels, and market dynamics in Bali.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
