Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the Bali region.
  • Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events in Bali.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
