Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our industrial solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company and generate leads.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the industrial or B2B sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong work ethic.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
