Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the Bali region.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to exceed performance goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, clinics, and retail partners.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Organize and participate in product launches, training sessions, and promotional events.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with brand messaging.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in medical or skincare sales is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
