Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in Bali.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and business partners to drive product visibility and sales.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights to senior management for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure effective inventory management and product availability across the region to meet customer demand.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations that enhance brand awareness.
  • Represent Universal Indofood Product at industry events, trade shows, and business meetings to strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (e.g., Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail and distribution channels, particularly in Bali or similar high-growth markets.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using sales data and CRM tools to drive business decisions.
