Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in assigned regions.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed performance goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in Bali’s competitive landscape.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in the renewable energy or retail sector is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel across Bali and other regions as needed.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
