As the Area Sales Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales operations in Bali, ensuring targets are met or exceeded while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and team performance. Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales promoters to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in Bali.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth in the region.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and customer loyalty.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews to ensure team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (e.g., Sales Supervisor, Area Manager, or equivalent).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the retail or consumer products industry.
- Experience managing sales teams in the Jabodetabek area is highly preferred; familiarity with the Bali market is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
