Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to expand the franchisee network in assigned regions.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and potential franchisees to drive business growth.
- Monitor franchisee performance, providing guidance and support to ensure alignment with company standards and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, finance, and marketing) to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive threats in the logistics sector.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and franchisee feedback to senior management.
- Organize and participate in local events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote J&T Express’s brand and services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical business practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or franchise management, preferably in the logistics, courier, or e-commerce industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing client relationships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape and existing networks in the region are highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a plus.
