Aurora Italia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to lead our retail operations in Bali, Indonesia. Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of multiple retail stores in Bali, ensuring alignment with company standards and KPIs.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Lead, mentor, and train store managers and staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Monitor inventory levels, optimize stock distribution, and collaborate with supply chain teams to prevent shortages or excess.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, address operational challenges, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and process improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, landlords, and community stakeholders.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met, resolving escalated issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a multi-store or area management role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, operational efficiency, and team development in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and data analytics tools (e.g., SAP, Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
