Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations across multiple locations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
- Monitor and maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control measures.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with at least 2 years in a multi-location leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record in improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
