Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of multiple retail stores in Bali, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and train store managers and staff to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and optimize product placement to maximize sales.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company protocols to maintain high standards of product quality and safety.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, healthcare professionals, and community partners.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, operational metrics, and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the healthcare or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of healthcare products and regulations is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
