Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple F&B outlets, ensuring adherence to brand standards and operational excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Drive sales growth and profitability through strategic planning, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, implementing cost-control measures to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all outlets.
- Collaborate with the corporate team to implement new menu items, promotions, and operational procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local stakeholders.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a managerial role within the F&B or retail industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the F&B industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
