Responsibility
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail outlets in Bali, ensuring adherence to company policies, standards, and procedures.
- Drive financial performance by setting and achieving sales targets, controlling costs, and optimizing profitability across the assigned area.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of store managers and staff to deliver exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, address operational challenges, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to execute promotional campaigns, inventory management, and product launches.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and food hygiene practices.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including landlords, vendors, and community leaders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or F&B management, with at least 2 years in a multi-unit leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, operational excellence, and team development in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret financial data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with retail management software, POS systems, and inventory control tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly advantageous.
