Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations and performance of multiple Great Image retail branches within the assigned area.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, operational KPIs, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Store Managers and staff, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring continuous professional development.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards across all managed locations.
- Manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability.
- Conduct regular store visits, performance reviews, and operational audits to maintain excellence.
- Collaborate with HR for effective recruitment, onboarding, and retention of high-caliber talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in multi-unit retail management, preferably within the photography, electronics, or service-oriented retail sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial management, inventory control, and retail software systems.
