Based in Baliâs most dynamic areasâCanggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badungâyouâll oversee on-site operations, ensuring that every detail aligns with design specifications, local regulations, and international best practices. Whether itâs luxury resorts, commercial spaces, or residential developments, your expertise will drive project success from concept to completion.
Responsibility
- Supervise on-site construction and installation activities to ensure adherence to architectural and interior design plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and local building codes.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and maintain project timelines.
- Review and approve material samples, finishes, and mock-ups to ensure alignment with design intent.
- Prepare detailed reports on project progress, risks, and deviations for stakeholders and management.
- Implement Bureau Veritasâ sustainability and efficiency guidelines in all project phases.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to clarify design requirements and address on-site challenges.
- Ensure all documentation (e.g., as-built drawings, punch lists) is accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision for architectural or interior design projects, preferably in hospitality or high-end residential sectors.
- Proven track record of managing luxury or large-scale projects from construction to handover.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design/construction software.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes, permits, and sustainability standards (e.g., Green Building Council).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
